Review on Last Confection Stainless Baking Cooling by Travis Kjar

I originally bought this to use with the Thanksgiving turkey roaster. I rarely roast large poultry, so I don't have a grill. I've tried these cheap grocery products but the bird always sat in its own juice. It was a great compromise and it worked well. Now I use it as intended as a cooling shelf for pastries or casseroles. It's a versatile and well used product and I'm glad I finally have it. Plus, it takes up a lot less space than a whole pan.
