PerfectCoaching- A must if you want happy employees
It's easy for me to see where I'm going wrong, what my strengths are and how well i am doing compared against others around me. This is very helpful as it allows us to focus our training efforts towards areas we need improvement over. Nothing really so far but this has been working flawlessly. We have not had any issues using perfectcoach at all which makes things great! There isn't anything bad about perfectcoache - its just an amazing tool. Great way of measuring employee engagement and giving them opportunities they may be struggling with or lacking confidence in.
Pros
- The ability help employees grow their skills
- Easy access from anywhere
- User friendly interface that doesn’t require much time learning.
- Ease getting started without having too many questions asked (which can sometimes lead into more confusion)
Cons
- Not sure if there was something missing out when comparing myself vs other colleagues.
- That would depend
