I bought these because I ran out of Curology patches from the free trial. They work similarly; You'll need a band-aid or two to get rid of the pimple completely - it depends on how big and inflamed it is. Even if you need two patches, the first patch will still do a good job of removing most of the messy liquid. I like that they are more translucent/transparent than some other brands I've seen. You won't look ugly by wearing one or two during the day. Adhesion has been excellent so far. I've tried it on bare and moisturized skin and it holds up either way. After it sticks for a few minutes, you can apply moisturizer to your face over the patches to keep them from sliding off. Just use soft touch. There are probably cheaper acne patches out there from smaller brands, but $4.49 (before tax) is definitely a reasonable price for 30 patches, which is why I gave it 4 stars for value for money. it should be at least something more. Only the new closed comedones that are forming are (usually) that small. Other than that, I'm happy with this purchase.
