Suitable for containers you plan to reuse

I love leftovers, including small jars of leftover condiments, large jars of leftover sauce and so on. It's easy to forget something like this: what's actually in the jar and how long will it take up space in my overflowing fridge? So I love tagging and dating; but I like taking the labels off. They dissolve. The letter doesn't necessarily stay on them for long; it tends to succumb to moisture and residual oils. But until then, it's probably time to throw the issue in question away anyway. I'm glad I bought them and will probably order again using them whenever that is the case.
