Feels like a bathing suit
I give 4 stars because they are exactly as described and exactly as pictured. They are soft and elastic. The reason I took off a star was because they are swimwear material thin. We decided to use them as stockings under the dress rather than pants. I hoped she could wear them as regular pants this fall. she is too cold Otherwise they are adorable and very comfortable.
