Attractive, durable, comfortable. I like the muted earth tone of the material. Arrived well packaged with ample padding for all the different components. The low back provides good back support, which was lacking in many of the stools I reviewed. I bought plain tufted stools from Target that had to be thrown out after 6 months of daily use because a button came loose and the stitching unraveled. I assume these stools work much better without knobs or other posts. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and so far so good. I had to deduct a star because I had a construction problem. Little did I know the main bolts, located just under the seat, were supposed to have a "counter pot". So when I turned the screw in, I couldn't tighten it no matter how hard I tried. If I had known that I had to take the screw out and put it in from the opposite side (tabletop side), the assembly would have taken 10 minutes. A frustrating 30 minutes later I called customer service just as management had advised. Spoke to a very good CS rep. Sent her 2 photos from the phone upon request. Then grill. My husband came home from work and pointed out that I needed to realign the screws and I was fine. But it wasn't thanks to customer service and I never heard back. But I like the product and I would recommend these stools.
