Pros: The product arrived very well packaged, but that's about it. Cons: The item is described as "foldable" but without being fully disassembled there is nothing foldable in it. Assembly instructions were included on a single piece of paper but they are not clear enough so some constructions have to be guessed at. Parts, including a spring and a plastic leg, were missing/not included. While the trampoline itself appears to be fairly sturdy (450 lbs weight limit seems questionable), the posts and net are very fragile and don't look like they would support a small child falling on them or holding onto them to avoid a fall prevent the manufacturer of the missing parts.
