The best thing about this program is its simplicity of implementation; it's easy for both new employees as well as existing ones who are already trained in other programs such as Paychex or ADP (which I use). It helps me keep track of all my employee information, including dates/times worked etc., which can be critical when reviewing performance reviews at year-end! There isn't anything bad so far - everything works perfectly with no issues encountered thusfar. If you're looking into implementing some type of compensation management system then consider simplymerit because they offer many different types of features. We were able to easily implement our payroll process using simple merrit without any problems, allowing us to focus more time towards training users instead of learning how complicated each platform was. The ease of use, the ability to create custom reports and dashboards for our executive team and employees alike. It's also easy to share with other departments within my organization as well as external partners. I wish there was more flexibility in how you could customize some elements but it has been very helpful so far! We are able to easily track employee performance against goals and targets. This helps us make better decisions about future hiring/promotions and retention planning.
