Short description: Fantastic sound and lots of features Who for: Anyone who needs powerful sound and wants to interact with a speaker. Plan: I need a Bluetooth speaker that can be louder than my phone and tablet with bass.First impression: It's heavy, but in a good way. I know he can handle the assignment. I downloaded the necessary apps before they arrived, so I quickly connected them to my phone and started exploring options. I wasn't sure which of the two apps was the one I needed to set it up with. I wish there weren't two applications. I understand they do different things, but I see no reason to separate them into two applications. Maybe I'm missing something. I plug it in to charge and play music. Audition: At first I was amazed. No, really, I didn't understand that the volume was at the limit. It was so loud it was impressive. I start randomly pressing the buttons on the speaker to turn off the sound. I have, but I also seem to have the "Live" setting turned on. I was blown away by how clear the sound was, almost making it seem like they were surround speakers. I really like how it sounds. It's amazing with Live, but with the bass button it was just perfect. I like heavy bass and here it is. And there's no punchy bass where it shouldn't be. I think this is one of the best Bluetooth speakers I've heard. Feature, RGB lighting: They are good. I played with all the options for them and I didn't hate any of them. I will probably never use some. But a few I like more because I don't like strobing or fast moving lights, I just like lights. Even when I'm not listening to music, the speaker stays on and the lights are on. Feature, "DJ" app and options: I opened the app, tried everything it had to offer and closed the app. I'm not entirely sure what prompted Sony to use all these different gimmicks, but I think they were meant to be for a small, curated audience. Personally, I don't want to interact with the speaker that much. I just wanted it to play and look cool while I'm doing other things. So DJ functions just aren't for me. In summary, this speaker sounds really fantastic. I love it. It kind of pulls you into the music as it plays. I just wasn't expecting it to sound so full when needed and so bassy when needed. It sounds really great. Pros: - Great music quality and volume. - Long battery life. - Beautiful RGB lighting. - Waterproof. - High quality materials used. unnecessary and should be all in one application. - Slightly loud connection tone after pairing (not sure if this is adjustable.) - Short power cord included. I can only recommend that. For some reason they are sold at a discount of up to 2/3 off the price from time to time, which is a lot considering the price. I would look at them on sale, then it's stealing. Many Thanks
