My husband loves this razor, this is the second he has bought but we couldn't find it in our regular stores so we found it on Amazon for a great price ($12). ! The reason for buying a new one (the grip blade release mechanism jammed after a few years of use) would be covered under the "Limited Lifetime Warranty" under normal wear and tear. Unfortunately, to claim the warranty, shipping and fees would cost as much, if not more, than just buying a new pen! (plus 5 new blades!) Good razor, stupid warranty.
