Attention! Bare wires are very small in diameter and difficult to keep in contact when stripping. I also understand that people connect them incorrectly. As for me, I wanted to copy a stereo (L/R) signal and output it to a second receiver, so I connected a wire to my existing front channel - red is right, white is left and black is ground (connected to both negative poles). This is an unnatural way of connecting speakers (grounding both negative poles). It's also a little confusing because we're not using the traditional speaker wire colors (red and black) here. After all, we're equipped with two such straps, and I suspect most of us only need one. Depending on your needs, of course (one or two stereo channels). Soldering those thin wires was a must for me.
