I spent more time than I wanted to find the right power plant. After all, you need something durable that can perform well. The station itself has a handy magnetic cover. So once you've laid out the cables, you can adjust the top and snap it in place. I had no issues with the wooden dividers and they easily support my heavy 12.9 inch iPad. When it comes to charging, you just need to know what you're buying. If I'm not mistaken, this model includes a 40W charging hub. That's not bad at all, just don't expect fast charging, especially when connecting multiple devices. I bought it more to organize my family's devices and occasionally charge them when not in use. Because of this, this device is perfect for my needs. Another thing I read in other reviews is that I didn't use the charging cables that came with it. I haven't tested them, so I can't comment on that. As a former Apple employee and techie, I know how important it is to use genuine cables for all your devices. This is how I set up the charging station and had no problems charging. The first thing I noticed was that the seller forgot to include a watch stand. This would automatically unmark my review. However, when I raised this issue with the seller, they immediately began working with me to resolve the issue. While admittedly inconvenient, the surprise of working with a good customer service team and fixing the issue quickly and smoothly has led to Pezin & Hulin returning their star. Remember that you should buy a model where the hub can be easily replaced. I would worry about hubs built into devices because no matter how good a device is, it will always fail sooner or later. Overall this is a great organizer with great cable management options including an Apple Watch stand. Power output averages 40 watts, but if you know that, you're fine (you can always buy your own, more powerful hub). And their customer service was great so I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. 5/5
