Reliable, beautiful monitor

I recently received this monitor. This is my first touchscreen monitor and I wanted something that would work with Android. As soon as I plugged this monitor into the USB port on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, it immediately responded by going into Dex mode. If there are any questions about whether this will work with a Samsung S9 or Tab S4 phone, it's definitely a big yes (I've tested it on both). It's great to see my S4 tab screen on a monitor rendered as desktop and the icons are nicely laid out and look cool. The touchscreen is very responsive and absolutely no issues. The only small issue with this monitor is that it's quite glare and I wish the screen was a bit brighter but it's good enough. The base of this monitor is rock solid and feels "hard work". When I opened Youtube TV it was an incredible experience. I have a preview of each channel in the guide I scrolled to. Everything with Youtube TV was solved very quickly and quickly with the touch of a finger. My Galaxy Tab S4 supports actual video playback of the channel you are watching. My Nvidia Shield TV and S9+ don't show Live Preview and I don't know why. In case anyone is interested, my S4 tab is running Android 9. Another thing that is unique about this monitor is that I received a warning message that showing the same image for more than 30 minutes will cause screen burn. I thought the problem was only with plasma and CRT, not with LCD. I will try to clarify with Phillips why this message was displayed. But overall a great monitor and worth it. This monitor is definitely compatible with Android OS. Phillips has a successful product.
