The lamp was well packaged and shipped quickly. It was easy to assemble and suited my work office needs: extra soft light with shelves for extra storage. It's decent quality for the price. There were a few chips on the chipboard shelves, but luckily they were under the shelves and weren't visible when the unit was assembled. The neck of the lamp socket (parts J and K) was not soldered properly and when I tried to separate it it cracked and snapped. Although I was able to fix the defect in the lamp socket because the lamp would be stationary, I contacted PESRAE for a replacement part. demanded a replacement for parts J and K. They responded immediately with an apology and were more than willing to fix the issue for me. Resolution, they wanted to send me a brand new lamp! The lamp I have is fully functional but they insisted on sending me a new lamp. It was shipped quickly and was in perfect condition. A few days later I received an email from PESRAE confirming that I had received the lamp and that I had any problems with the unit or assembly. A good lamp for the price that suits my needs. But PESRAE's customer service is better than the product itself. It's important to me. I would highly recommend this PESRAE lamp as PESRAE will ensure that you are happy with their product.
