Great plugin, simple setup and effective

The ease of its implementation by my team as well as their ability to pick it up pretty quickly was good! If we were new users this would have been an issue but being able to implement with minimal training took care if all those bumps along our way :) It also has some great integrations which are useful from day one - I haven't had any issues yet though so there isn’t really anything negative here other than learning how things fit together once everything starts working out smoothly ;) Have continued adding more tools since implementing jumpleads 2 or 3 years ago now such as HubSpot support etc.. We could do better at managing leads at times too although having Hubspot help us does improve overall efficiency sometimes even without jumping leasds haha!! Worth looking into!! Nothing much apart form making sure every member can understand when they're needed again after time away but nothing bad Easy to use with good reporting options available. Good integration with Salesforce/Hubspot which helps us manage all our campaigns from one place. Some of their UI could have been better but overall it's pretty easy to learn. I like how we can segment leads by source as well as nurture them accordingly. We are able to see what stage each lead is at within our funnel. It has helped me track ROI for different channels.

  • Once set up properly most likely won; t need touching unless something goes wrong..then maybe just tweak rather then reformatting data multiple ways across several applications? E
