
I've had it for three months now and my USB ports are almost dead. There's no reason anything should go wrong with the ports. I've never bumped the device against anything and always pull/push DIRECTLY when plugging and unplugging the cooling pad. I'd better use the money I spent on it as toilet paper. That way he would at least have done the job of removing "crap" instead of adding something.
