It took me a whole month to get refills. Ten a pack for $30 is a great deal ($3 a head) compared to paying in store. You can't find a store here in the US that sells 10 tips in a pack. My replacement brush heads appear to be genuine and made in Germany, as does my Oral-B Black 1000 toothbrush, which I bought elsewhere over a year ago. The replacement head packaging includes a copy in German, not English. The packaging of my toothbrush appears to be from the Canadian market as the copy is available in English and French with distribution from Braun Canada. My replacement tips are CrossAction tips and they definitely feel real. No cheap bristles etc. Would highly recommend if you are patient with shipping.
