These are original Oral-B brush heads but in German packaging. Oral-B is a German company, so the packaging didn't confuse me and I decided it came directly from a foreign company. It's also worth noting that the quality of these tips is top notch (there are no markings or barcodes on UPC to indicate they are defective) and they are no different than what you would buy from any of them. I originally went to the store to buy a replacement for my toothbrush and it was so confusing that even with the model number in hand I couldn't tell which one I needed. I got home and got into the Revain (thanks my husband for reminding me) and was able to easily find what I needed. It took me a whole month to get refills. Ten a pack for $30 is a great deal ($3 a head) compared to paying in store. You can't find a store here in the US that sells 10 tips in a pack. My replacement brush heads appear to be genuine and made in Germany, as does my Oral-B Black 1000 toothbrush, which I bought elsewhere over a year ago. Update: It's been about 3 weeks and the tip is still great. As you can see in the photo, the bristles are still firmly attached to each other and do not crumble. Still very satisfied and would definitely buy again. I have had an Oral-B electric toothbrush for about a year and a half now.
