Updated 6/7/21 - Tl;dr - Great customer service! The main unit and one sensor still work great! The second sensor died completely, even with new batteries and after being placed in different places in the freezer. I contacted the seller who gave me nothing but help and support and he offered me a partial refund or replacement of the entire system (since he doesn't sell individual sensors). I decided to replace the entire system, with the vague notion of having a third "extra" sensor in case it might happen again. They have already returned my second order and I am expecting delivery tomorrow. I'll update again once it's all set up and read for a while. The takeaway from this update is that the seller provides excellent customer service and has made every effort to ensure that I am happy with my purchase and their product. the sensors keep going out. We have a freezer in the garage and our regular freezer/fridge in the kitchen. The system has been working fine for 2 months but now the kitchen sensor on the main unit is not reading. I changed the batteries twice and for a while it just flashes and then reads -- --. I would like to speak to someone about replacing the sensor.
