Review on Seersucker Outfit Vest Stripe Shorts by Russell Robertson

I ordered 4T and received 18 months?! It was for my summer wedding, luckily I bought a second outfit that barely fit. I tried to return but the seller won't accept returns?! Very very disappointed. The quality is poor and the shopkeepers don't check what they send. I ended up saving it for my best friend's son so it wasn't a total waste. Even the size of 18-24 months looks like 12 months.
