I like that they are always willing to work with me when something comes up along the way. They will also help you with anything you need. Not much to dislike but I wish they would have more options in terms of payment plans. You can easily get stuck in a dead end situation where it seems you cannot go back or forward. Sometimes there is a disconnect between the customer and the consultant. It is very easy to just give up because of this. If you have a good relationship with ACS and you are honest about what you want, then things should be fine. We used them to setup my computer for use in the office. The support was great.
