The product itself is VERY solid and very reliable with a 15mm hard drive.

Checked a few months after purchase. This external hard drive contains everything you need to install any of the compatible hard drives. I installed a 2TB Toshiba 15mm hard drive myself (the thickest version of laptop hard drives). Installing a hard drive in an external INEO was an easy task even if you are not tech savvy. The product itself is VERY solid and looks very reliable with the 15mm hard drive I have installed in it. All test speeds were tested with the "USBDeview" program.
