I couldn't get the Blu-ray and DVD input channels to receive a signal. The UHD input and the cable input worked, so I also had to get the Blu-Ray to work via the UHD input. Cable entry was ok. Considering the time expended and the inconvenience of packing it, sending it back, getting a new one, and installing a new one, I just kept it rather than returning it. The installation interface was a bit shaky. I'm sure the setup would be great if everything worked fine, but it doesn't, so the setup didn't really allow for troubleshooting connectivity issues. The sound is great. It goes well with my Marantz recommended Definitive Technology speakers. Clear channel separation. voices are clear. The base will shake anything off the top shelf if you let it. I've only played with the phone apps a few times. They seemed to be working fine. The small circular screen on the front of the device is nice, but difficult to read from a distance and doesn't provide much information. It appears to be a Marantz aesthetic item and I knew about it before buying so no problem.
