I bought these for my 7 year old son for school. They fit him great! He is 4 feet tall and weighs 52 pounds. I had to adjust the waist slightly, but they were perfect in length (reached just above the knees). What I love about these shorts is that they don't need to be ironed! I wash them on Fridays every week and after taking them out of the dryer they don't wrinkle at all! HOORAY! Last year, the shorts he wore to school had to be ironed every week because they wrinkled after washing. Not these shorts! I love love love these shorts and my son says they are comfortable! They look cute and after many washes they look exactly as I received them. The color didn't fade at all.
