Review on Alpinestars Mustang V2 Gloves (XX-LARGE) (BLACK/WHITE) by Christopher Williams

The materials and design feel premium as you'd expect from Alpinestars. Wrong size! Ordered XL, received gloves marked XL, but they are not. I used the size chart (palm diameter) provided by Alpinestars when ordering. I don't have big fingers - I sit at the keyboard most of the day. The fingers of these gloves are too thin. The index, middle, ring and pinky finger lengths are ok, but the thumbs are too short. The width of the glove around the base of the thumb is also very small. I almost couldn't put them on. I thought they would come off with some wear and tear and some saddle soap and leg oil, but after a few days of riding that wasn't the case.
