I bought one of these sets for my father and a few days later I received a set for his friend. They work well and do exactly what is expected. I see photos of the spiked ball bursting at the seam, we didn't have this problem and all I can say is don't stand on it. My father is in a wheelchair with severe RA (rheumatoid arthritis), he can barely feel his legs and has serious problems with water filling his feet and ankles even when he is on diuretics/water pills like Lasix. This set did him a lot of good and his legs felt really good again. He does his routine by sitting and watching TV. Be careful not to overdo and drink plenty of water to flush out (pee) the released toxins like you would after a massage. Otherwise, you can make yourself really sick because those toxins have nowhere else to go but back into your system. Drink plenty of water! We were very happy with this product and it was delivered on time.
