2 stars because it actually cleans exceptionally well, leaves no streaks and was easy to install BUT! That thing grinds and squeaks SOOO BAD! I can't stand this sound no matter how the rain pours, it creaks no matter what. I would like to send them back but I threw away the boxes. Such a shame! PS: About 95% of the positive feedback was left by people who received the goods for FREE. I paid for this with my own money and I wish I had noticed that before I bought them.
