We ordered this for my wife to use in class (they have a solar system and lunar module) so we thought it would make a good prop and interesting model. We've been very happy with it so far. I like: - Seems to be a fairly accurate representation of the moon, although I'm no expert. - It charges fast and can use our standard phone chargers that we have everywhere! - The battery lasted the night we tested it, which was probably around 7.5 hours. We haven't gotten it to die yet - It gets pretty bright if you want to use it as an ambient light or night light - The moon seems pretty well done. It has some weight (and it's already survived a long fall onto the tiled floor because we weren't paying attention and it rolled on top of us). It also comes with a 6-month warranty, which is nice. I don't like (if I had to be picky): - The booth isn't the most exciting. It works, but I think we'll end up painting it black to match whatever she has for this device. - Touch to turn on and rotate, although the lighting modes take some practice to get the hang of. The soft touch doesn't really help, but I guess you don't accidentally change it all the time. Overall I have nothing to complain about and can recommend it. It's perfect for teachers or kids interested in the planets and solar system!
