I have a dozen devices and was looking for something to replace the disposable electrode pads I constantly have to buy for my lower back/buttocks. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and all sorts of back and tens issues - it's one of the few things that gives some relief from the pain so I wear it a lot. This belt is perfect. It covers a larger area of my back, it's comfortable to put on alone because it's easy to position and you don't have to worry about alignment just like disposables, and it's amazing. a soluble conductive adhesive gel called Tensive, also available here on Amazon, that helps stay in place and conducts electricity well. It is also very easy to clean. This strap has latches to connect it to your Tens machine connection cable. It didn't have its own cable to connect to like some of the others. My Ten uses pin wires, but this was an easy fix by buying female pin to socket adapters from Amazon.
