My original strap broke at the junction where it goes in and out and I was worried I would have to buy a whole new construction or worst case scenario a new headset as parts for the original Quest are hard to come by . That was excellent. I'm good at putting the torn piece on and honestly it's MUCH better than the original strap as it has a tension knob to tighten or loosen the strap and you don't have to worry about fiddling with velcro straps. The entire strap rotates up and down over your head, so you don't have to worry about the strap snapping. It's VERY comfortable, doesn't sag or slide. I am absolutely satisfied and suggest if you need a new strap this is a great replacement!
