Does not work with color cartridge installed. So buy if you only print in black and white.

Worked well for a week. Then my printer only works with the black cartridge installed. If a color cartridge is installed, the printer will not print. Error message. Check the cartridge installation, which has worked several times. Well, 100 times won't work. Works perfectly with HP cartridges. The printer is new, only 5 months old, only used at home. This is a very big headache. Send me a refund or a new set today. Don't buy them if you want your wife to be happy.
