Review on 👞 Insulated Construction Dark Brown Men's Shoes by EVER BOOTS by Shima Hennigan

I ordered these boots for my 20 year old nephew. He loved her! He found them very comfortable and wore them all day and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are. The second time he put them on, he laced them up, and as he pulled the laces to tighten them, one of the hooks slipped out of the boot. He had to wear them to work, so he just skipped that hook and continued lacing them up with other loops and hooks. I felt like the hook shouldn't have come out so easily, so I contacted Ever Boots. After emailing me and exchanging some photos of the boots, they offered to send me a new pair (and keep the old boots) OR keep the boots and offered me a full refund. I was VERY happy with their offer to fix the problem. I understand that errors can occur during production, but I was VERY pleased with the excellent customer service. I would buy from Ever Boots again!
