Not quite happy. Suitable for outdoor holiday decorations

Remote controls hardly work. None of them will turn off the light. One remote took a good 15 minutes to press and hold the red off button before the light went out and that's it, now it doesn't work at all and the second remote doesn't turn the light off, it will change settings . but don't turn them off. The lights on the two trees we decorated for Halloween and I think they will stay on until the batteries die or I turn the lights off after Halloween. They look great and are easy to hang anywhere, but why bother if you can't turn them off?
