So I'm slowly getting used to the applicator that feels. It is useful for making accurate lines. I did my makeup today around 11am and it's now 8pm and it took all day due to light rain, oily eyelids and greasy skin. A little faded but it was easy to fix. The eyeliner stayed until I washed it off! I touched the eyeliner and it doesn't move. I avoid touching my eyes anyway, so that wasn't a problem. It doesn't say it's waterproof, but I've worn it in some rain and really nothing happened. My friends also told me that my makeup looked good today. A combination of things like trying new makeup like Maybelline's oil-free setting powder and using pencil eyeliner on my waterline. full review! So this eyeliner actually removes watery eyes. I'm starting to find my eyeliner peeling off as my tears touch it from the strong river winds. I was embarrassed because I didn't realize it looked scaly until I got home. It doesn't last very long, but it outperforms Loreal Lineur's intense Black Noir and Essence's ultra-fine permanent waterproof eyeliner. So still looking for the best pharmacy supplement! I could buy more expensive liquid eyeliners if that means they stay in the water, stay on oily skin, and are smudge and transfer resistant. This is my personal experience with this eyeliner. Everyone's skin is different, so maybe this didn't work for me, but it might work for you.
