I stare at a screen all day and my doctor said I need some kind of blue light filter so I tried this one. They seem to be working very well so far. I still wear contacts (and glasses for most of my life) but they don't affect my vision or focus at all, so no problem. They are small but very durable, nice unisex design. When I put them on there is only a very slight change in amber tone (brightness?) which is supposed to be a blue light filter. It's barely noticeable, which is great. Sometimes I would leave them on for most of the workday without even realizing it. The ear hooks are double jointed, which simply means they "give" a little more when you bend them sideways, making for a better fit and less chance of breakage. I usually wear tortoiseshell - very classy and classy, not flashy or silly at all. I gave the other pair to my son to wear when he does computer homework (or plays video games) and he also said they seem to work well. They come with a very good carrying case. For the price they seem great. I would buy again and I recommend.
