Drivers need to be constantly reinstalled. Worst printer I have ever had due to lost production time and tech support issues. I go to scan and get a message that the computer cannot communicate with the printer (over WiFi). I uninstall and reinstall the same driver and it works again. No rhyme or reason why. pain in the neck. Sometimes I have to reboot my whole wifi system and also reinstall drivers. Also, maybe 2 out of 10 scans go right through. In a wide format printer/scanner, letter-size pages are fed from the side, giving the printer more opportunity to skew them. The narrow end of the first format is only dealing with 8 1/2 inches, but this thing is grabbing them from the 11 inch side and they're distorted. As a result, the vast majority of scans are crooked. As I use this for business I can't imagine crooked documents so I rescan until they are straight.
