cheap (thin) stainless steel product. The overwhelming amount of positive feedback motivated us to buy when we were looking for a new corkscrew. Unfortunately the quality of this product is very very cheap and I'm really sorry we didn't buy it as it will soon go in the bin. The girth of the corkscrew is thicker/wider than most, causing the cork to break when the bottle is opened. With a plastic or synthetic cork, it doesn't matter much, but with a quality bottle, this device will simply rip the cork out. Second, the top end is advertised as a beer opener, but is so thin that after opening two beer bottles, the entire handle bends. It can be bent by hand so be aware that the quality of the steel is very cheap. We would return this if we still had the packaging but we don't have it. Next week it goes in the trash or on the donation pile. Not much benefit from it. Very sorry about our purchase and positive feedback; much better products out there. Would never recommend this to a friend.
