This rice cooker is a fire hazard. The first two times I used it worked fine, today I picked it up to use again and when the rice was cooked it was so hot I couldn't even touch the lid even after I opened it had been disconnected from the power grid for 1015 minutes. I had to use a towel and then quickly toss it in the sink and pour cold water over it. The inner pot was also simmering, it should be a keep-warm mode, unfortunately, it's already one day to bring it back, and that's why I'm sticking with it, I have to throw it in the bin, they're cheaper than mini rice
