These skewers are much better than the wooden skewers I've used before. They are of very good quality and easily withstand the direct heat of my charcoal grill. The steak was easy to put on and take off, was the perfect size for any type of skewer/kebab and was very easy to clean after use. I wouldn't leave them in the water for too long and dry them right away so they don't rust. Overall I am happy with my purchase and can't wait to try other skewer combos.
