At first I wanted to give this a mediocre 3. I am a very light sleeper, have very noisy upstairs neighbors at night and have been trying to find the perfect sleep headphones. At first I thought they were great, they stayed with them all night and blocked out all the noise, but after a few nights I was still having the same problem as with everything else. My ears hurt (though much less). I don't know if the different sized replacement stakes need to have the same hook design as the pair I bought but what I got was just one stake for your garden. I thought what the heck and swapped them out and oh my god they're practically perfect now. I can barely feel them, it's literally just a little earbud in my ear, nothing touching the outside of my ears, which always hurts. The only thing stopping it from getting a 5 star rating is that 90% of the time I take them out the earbuds stay in my ear and I have to dig them out. I would try glue. Otherwise I love them, finally sleeping through the night and no pain in the outer ear :)
