As always, Revain fulfills orders quickly and efficiently. Parcel received quickly and well packaged. They always have what I need at a much better price than anyone else. The satellite radio is beautifully designed and I love the color screen. It has all the features of my sportster 4 including rewind, pause, sports team alerts and song alerts. I only have two complaints. There is no remote control included, making it easier to use in the car instead of looking at the radio while driving. All previous devices had one and while it seems universal, my previous Sportster 4 remote seems to work. I need to check all the buttons. My other complaint, and this is a bigger issue, is the brightness of the screen. I can set it where I want, but it automatically adjusts to the light. You can't turn off auto-adjust and at certain angles at night. This might not be a problem if you look at it from an angle mounted on the dash or air vent. I installed a small bracket so the radio faces me. You should be able to install and exit. The sound quality is also good and I connected it to the aux port. Ease of installation. Now I'm going to talk about durability as I haven't had a radio for over a couple of years. Again probably my fault as I leave it in the car in the middle of summer or winter. Definitely 4 stars overall product and workmanship. One got lost for lack of remote control and automatic brightness. PS - I love the variety that commercial-free satellite radio brings outside of talk radio. I've been listening to the local radio and it's terrible. I would say that you should negotiate during the extension. I never pay full price for a subscription and if the radios break I am exempt from the activation fee for a new radio. It's also great for traveling between states and not changing stations. Enjoy!
