The controller was not charged. The original Micro USB board and cable have been removed. Once removed I was able to read the circuit board to make sure I ordered the correct one. Removing broken parts was very easy. Installation can be difficult depending on your skills. It was pretty easy for me, but I can see it was difficult for some. When reassembling, the trigger popped out (they just rest against the frame). Not a big deal, but a tiny "maintenance spring" popped out as well. These little springs bring back the triggers (spring). Luckily the other source stayed, so I was able to find out where and how it returns. You need good eyesight or reading glasses to see where and how this is happening. I paid $9 in February 2021 and a new controller is $60. BONUS You will get 2 sets so be prepared if my other controller breaks!
