The product works great, I like it 100%. I had a little less than 2 years and suddenly the heat went out. Okay, these things happen in life, right? So I called them the next day as there is a 2 year guarantee. Tara couldn't have been simpler, she asked me to cut the wire about an inch from where it exits and send in a photo with the serial/model number and where the wire was cut. It was Wednesday. I sent her the photo that same evening and received confirmation the next day that it had been sent. Today is Sunday and the replacement has already arrived. That's what I call exceptional customer service! For that alone I will look at what other products they offer. It's so nice for a company to stand behind what it sells 100%. Many Thanks.
