2018 ipad pro 12.9. To this day I have no complaints. I didn't notice any difference or negative effect with the touchscreen. There is glare from the sun, I really can't prove to myself that the profile is worse now. So far, the glare was without a protector. Follow the instructions. Perhaps the most important thing is to make sure your screen is completely clean. Do not install it while the indoor air conditioning or heating (circulation fan) is operating. I installed it in a humid environment (bathroom after a shower) to minimize possible dust. Make sure you're "ready," align and trim as you place. You have no second try or correction.
