I love this brand - Active Shorts

During the quarantine I fell in love with Reflex's 90 degree line. I also ordered some of their leggings from Nordstrom Rack. I love their leggings and shorts with no pockets. The leggings from this line with pockets are a bit large so I won't be ordering anything else with pockets BUT these shorts are great. They fit well (I'm 5ft 3cm, top and bottom are straight, my waist is loose and they fit perfectly), they rise a bit but I have big hips and I don't know any shorts in my life. this is not the case in this length range. highly recommended!
