I like that we can use it to create new customer accounts directly from emails, so there is no need for any additional steps. The tool helps us to keep our accounts up-to-date with latest changes. It's very helpful, because we don't have to manually add customers or send orders to our sales reps anymore. We are also able to assign tasks to other team members easily. There isn't anything that I dislike at this time. Our rep has been working with the tool for years now, so she knows how to use it well. The tool saves her a lot of work. She can focus more on managing her own team and not as much on sending out orders.
