MUCH more comfortable than all the bar and labret I've bought.
I had to cut off about 2mm of the rod so it wouldn't bang me in the head (high spiral). I wear it with a round pillow clasp that I bought at a piercing pagoda. MUCH more comfortable than all the strips and labrets I bought for this piercing and they don't get tangled in my hair. It's okay to sleep on it. I liked it so much that I bought another set to wear in the second hole (rag).
