I had high hopes for this pillow as I've been trying to replace an older, thin, pillow from another manufacturer. It came and the quality was nice, but it was too flat. I know what you're thinking, that's what the description says.but hold on a minute. Yes, I was expecting it to be very, very thin -- but was also expecting it to be a pillow. This was just north of an empty pillow case. I messaged their support and told them about my older pillow that I loved and asked if they had a "next size up" from this one. The response was.well.not what I expected. They told me to find someone who sews and take my old pillow and remove a couple of handfuls of filling, and stuff it into theirs.I was a bit floored by the response, especially since I was trying to purchase another product from them. Anyhow, the pillow, or should I say two pieces of fabric with virtually nothing in between, did not meet my expectations and the customer service was not helpful at all.
