I almost always order a size 8 running shoes. I thought they fit when I first got them, but after running I noticed that the raised heel pushes my foot more forward. I spoke to the very helpful folks at Brooks customer service and they advised me to go up half a size. I made a replacement request and they sent me new shoes and they sent me a prepaid label to send the old ones back. Customer Service +++. I bought these shoes for plantar fasciitis from running. On one run I tried with them, I found that the style and cushioning really help. I would highly recommend these shoes but they are actually half the size.
