I've been using it for a few hours and it seems to be showing the time correctly. I bought this to use on my zero turn lawnmower so I can accurately account for mowing time. I found the downside that it is not highlighted. I often have to mow after dark to take care of all my customers. The plug was long enough to place the timer almost anywhere on the device, which I didn't. I have doubts about the mounting jig which I'm not sure will be very durable in the face of the elements. It would be better if it had a reset button for my app. This would make it much easier to adhere to the exact working hours. Since I am currently using it, I have to remember to write down the measuring time at the beginning and check it again at the end of the work. This required carrying a log book and a pencil. I could try using it to track hardware service intervals. However, another log book is required for this. I find that this would be unnecessary extra work as I service the equipment early in the season and then use it throughout the mowing season. I use a battery powered herbivore, chainsaw and head trimmer and now I need a timer that will work with them too. This would help me calculate the end time more accurately. I like hard gear so much I would use it for the rest of my gear if they made one.
